Hardware & Software Services Pricing
Hardware & Software Service Work is billed at our Standard Service Rate of
$70.00 Per Hour.
In addition, there is a flat, per service call visit, vehicle and fuel charge of $15.00 for service calls anywhere within our Normal Service Area.
The Minimum Hardware & Software Service Charge is $50.00 which includes a 1/2 Hour ($35.00) at our Standard Service Rate plus a $15.00 Vehicle & Fuel charge.
Additional time is
then billed in 15 minute increments.
For Service Calls located outside of our normal service area travel time is billed at our normal Standard Service Rate (1/2 Hour Minimum).
Travel outside of our Normal Service Area will be considered on an individual basis only.

Payment is due when services are rendered.
A deposit or incremental invoicing may be required for extended or complex service requests.
We typically invoice for every $500.00 of service work.
We accept Cash, Check or Most Major Credit Cards.
We use Google Checkout to process your credit card payment. It's fast, easy and secure.
You will need a valid, working & accessible e-mail address to use Google Checkout.
If you would like, we will gladly e-mail you a Google Checkout invoice.
Otherwise, you can use the Google Checkout "Add to cart" buttons below to send us your payment.
We ask that you complete the payment process before the technician leaves your location or at agreed upon intervals.

Web Site Development Service Work is billed at our Specialized Service Rate of $85.00 Per Hour.
Most Web Site Development projects require no travel.
In the event that travel is required,
there will be a flat, per consultation visit, vehicle and fuel charge of $15.00 for meetings anywhere within our Normal Service Area.
The Minimum Web Site Development Service Charge is $85.00 which includes an Hour ($85.00) at our Specialized Service Rate plus any applicable Vehicle & Fuel charges.

For consultation meetings located outside of our Normal Service Area, travel time is billed at our normal Standard Service Rate of $70.00 Per Hour (1/2 Hour Minimum).
